Convention Services
The Cleburne Chamber of Commerce Convention & Visitors Bureau is working diligently to be prepared to assist in any way necessary to insure that the soon-to-be-built conference center is viewed as a first class facility with first class service. To that end we are willing to provide the following services to attendees:

Assisting conference center personnel during meeting planners site visits.

Supplying tour package and local entertainment information.

Referring meeting planners to local firms who can provide convention services.

Supply data for local attractions and banquet facilities.

Assist in promoting the new convention center using existing and new promotional materials.

Assist in procuring give-a-ways for attendees of meetings/conferences.

Assist with transportation needs of attendees.

Set up VIP welcome with local and/or state elected officials .

Provide conference room at the Chamber Visitors Center for conferences with meeting planners as needed.

Placement of VIP gift bags in rooms of convention dignitaries and/or speakers.

Provide collateral material to meeting planners to include in mailings to help with meeting/conference attendance.

Provide volunteer help during large meetings/conferences whenever possible.
